No Refunds or Returns

At Paper Tiger Studio, every product and experience is prepared with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because our offerings often involve art materials, workshops, and limited-run items, we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase has been made.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection of products

  • Dissatisfaction with creative outcome or artwork

Please ensure that all details – such as class times, product choices, and personal information – are correct before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@papertigerstudio.com with photos and your order details. We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement of the same item.
