The MaGIC COAT

Lucy lives in a small fishing village with her dad, a wizard who uses his magical coat to transform into creatures to help the villagers when they are in trouble. Lucy wants to help too—so her dad can have more time for her—but he says she’s not ready for magic yet.

Lucy secretly tries on the coat when her father wasn’t watching. What begins as a little curiosity out of good intentions quickly spirals out of control as she loses control of her transformations.

Can Lucy reign in the magic and find herself?

This is a self-written and illustrated story exploring the idea of identity.
